Council members asked administrators to provide background material on benefits given to councillors of neighbouring communities so councillors can make a decision on what type of benefits they would like to see in the future. In a report to councillors, town administrators outlined what type of benefits councillors of other communities throughout Alberta receive as part of their compensation package for being councillors.
This year, the Country Critters 4-H Club has been very active within the community. The club consists of 19 members who participate in projects such as: cooking, sewing, beekeeping, outdoor adventures, radio flyers and canine training. Executive positions within the club this year include: Sage Hughes serving the role as club president, Trinity Cenaiko the vice-president, Amber Hornbrook the secretary and Kalysa Hickok as this yearís treasurer.
